Went to Petaling Street on the 26th. Half way eating, Andrew said he misses his wife - Mr. Lai and planned to go Malacca on the following day. He's freaking random! Though the idea of waking up at 5 in the morning to drive down to Malacca seemed crazy, it happened anyway. And the best part of a spontaneous plan like this, it always turn out great. Anis and Andrew drove us down. Thanks!

The trip to Malacca was pretty awesome cause we had Ruishan to bring us around. All the hidden local treasures were discovered, all thanks to Ruishan. Fiona joined us about lunch time. Toured around Malacca. Well, we didn't really do much cause the jam was crazy! Everywhere you go, if it's in town, you'll see loads and loads of cars, bumper to bumper. Wanted to have Pork Satay at the beach but sadly, both the shops that sells them were closed :(

After the beach, we went to buy the famous Malacca thousand layers cake. It was pretty delicious. Tried the Mango flavoured one and the original. I personally like the original. Headed to Pak Putra for some cheese naan and tandoori. Ahh! Thinking of it makes me salivate. Went back to Subang after an amazing meal.
